For most of us, growing up in an industrialized society conditioned us to expect everything to be handled in an assembly line process. When that mechanistic mindset was focused on food, we became the guinea pigs for corporations who wanted to see just how much they could profit from delivering non-perishable, but non-nutritious food.

A generation later, we are plagued with obesity, heart disease, rampant diabetes and a host of allergic reactions to the plethora of poisons that permeate our food, water and air.

 

Many people have decided to abandon the "war on nature" in favor of a more holistic approach that respects the circle of life and our place in it.
